Creativity is never a problem for Swedish designer Per Andersson and his stylish ‘feelgood preppy’ fashion label, Velour. Over the past few years people have started to recognize the brand all around the world in stores such as Opening Ceremony NY/LA and Incu Australia. One of our favorites from the spring 2010 collection is the Steven Knit. The attractive blue/white marble sweater is knit with lightweight relaxed cotton while also featuring a ribbed neck, hem, and cuffs. There is no secret that Opening Ceremony is at the forefront of many fashion trends and everyone is knocking on their door wanting a piece of the action. Over the past year OC has collaborated with many inspiring designers and each one achieved enormous positive exposure around the world.
Levi’s is the latest clothing brand to team up with OC and gave us a preview of their upcoming corduroy collection which includes shirts, jackets, cutoffs, pants and a three piece suit. Our favorite of the bunch that we have seen is this casual looking teal green button up shirt with a single chest pocket. The entire collection will be released mid February. We are also excited to hear that the relationship between the two will be ongoing so you can expect to see more in the future.
