If its snowing and freezing cold where you are it’s probably a good time to get yourself a heavy duty handcrafted sweater from the Canadian Sweater Company. I have wanted one for the longest time. All of their sweaters are made with handspun un-dyed wool and hand-knit on circular needles to avoid unnecessary seems. There are also different designs illustrating distinct aspects of Canada’s heritage. These sweaters will keep you extremely warm and could well be the only one you need throughout the winter.
By just looking at the style and craftsmanship of the Christopherson’s Creamery Milkman boot, there is good reason why it has been making waves across the internet. The exclusive design was a collaborative effort between Blackbird and New England based shoe company Alden whom has been around since 1884. The Christopherson’s Creamery Milkman is a plain toe navy blucher high boot with perforated quarter detailing at the ankle and features black cordovan leather. The soft but durable genuine leather takes a full six months to produce and uses a rare centuries-old method of pure vegetable tannage and hand finishing. The boot also features rubber commando outsoles and a cork midsole with steal shank for long lasting strength and support. Blackbird and Alden put together an absolute mastercraft and a heritage boot brought back for our modern times. More photos after the jump…

The oxford needs no introduction as every man should have at least one in their closet. The A.P.C. Chemise Button is one of my favorites at the moment. The French label is known for creating everyday clothing with clever detailing to make each piece distinctive in many ways. The oxford is a simple long sleeve collar with clean seams, a single chest pocket and slightly oversized buttons. Like much of the desirable A.P.C. collection the Chemise Button is a timeless piece that will never put a strain on your wallet.
These cool little humanoids are a new series of Headphonies by DKE. The 3″ figurines are actually portable speakers that attach to your mp3 player or gaming device. Characters are designed by various artists, plus there are a couple blank versions you can paint yourself. The audio on the Headphonies is actually better than expected and when you plug two of them in, true stereo sound can be enjoyed. They are an awesome gift for many of my friends and of course look way better than the average mp3 speaker.
